Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Defined digital products
Because access to a digital workspace or downloadable product can be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final after access or fulfillment has been provided, except where required by law or where the product is materially defective or not delivered as described.
If access has not been delivered, contact Call Me Anthony promptly so the order can be reviewed.
Scheduled sessions and reviews
Clarity Debriefs and Product Economics Reviews require preparation and reserved capacity. Rescheduling requests should be made at least two business days before the scheduled time. Late cancellations, missed sessions, incomplete intake, or unavailable source material may require a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the reserved session, as stated before purchase.
Roadmaps, system builds and consulting
Project and recurring engagements are governed by the signed proposal or services agreement. Deposits, milestones, cancellation rights, work-in-progress, expenses and termination obligations follow that agreement.
Workshops
Workshop cancellations, participant changes, venue, materials, travel and rescheduling terms are defined in the approved program proposal.
How to request review
Use the Contact page with the order number, product or engagement, purchase date and requested resolution. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Milestone payments and early termination
Payment schedules differ by offer category and are listed on each offer page and in the agreement. Payment timing does not by itself determine whether an amount is refundable. The signed agreement governs earned fees, work in progress, unused amounts, reserved capacity, licensed rights, and approved non-cancellable costs. Any required reconciliation follows that agreement and applicable law.
