Service Delivery & Customer Expectations
Offer scope and payment schedules updated October 7, 2026. Contact Call Me Anthony with questions before purchasing or applying.
Offer types
Direct products may be purchased through checkout. Qualified purchases, applications, requests, licensing and collaborations require review before work begins.
Intake
Customers are responsible for accurate, timely intake and source materials. Missing or late information can delay scheduling, reduce the useful scope or require rescheduling.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered through the method shown at checkout. Scheduled and project work is delivered according to the product page, confirmed date, proposal or agreement.
Customer participation
Many CMA outcomes depend on access to decision-makers, evidence, records and timely approvals. Recommendations do not replace the customer’s authority or accountability.
Scope changes
Requests outside the stated inclusions, product boundary or signed scope may require a new offer, change order or separate engagement.
Support
Support duration, response expectations, review cycles and follow-up are limited to what is stated on the product page or governing agreement.
Payment schedules by category
- Intelligence: focused reviews are paid in full after scope confirmation and before work begins. Free pilots have no fee.
- Vision: roadmaps use 50% at agreement and kickoff, and 50% when the agreed roadmap and review are complete, before final handoff.
- Systems: standard installations use 30% at kickoff, 40% after acceptance of the working configuration, and 30% after acceptance testing and training, before final handoff. Custom programs may specify additional stages. Product Office: 100% of the agreed monthly fee is payable before each service month. Released self-service digital products are paid at checkout.
- Events: 50% at booking and 50% seven calendar days before delivery; bookings inside seven days are paid in full. The quote states materials, venue, travel, and other commitments.
- Intellectual property: Design services use 50% at kickoff, 25% at scope freeze and 25% at design freeze. The minimum contracted design scope ends at design freeze. Subsequent engineering, prototypes, golden samples, tooling, certification and production support are agreed as needed and billed separately. Licensing consideration, royalty and equity terms are separately agreed. Strategic Collaboration begins with paid discovery, quoted at intake with its own payment milestones.
The product-specific proposal confirms scope, acceptance, due dates, taxes, expenses, and any variation. No additional charge or equity/royalty commitment is implied by submitting an inquiry.
Focused engagement delivery
Clarity Debrief: two 45-minute live sessions, 48-hour turnaround and one revision. Product Economics Review: three 45-minute live sessions, one-week turnaround and one revision. Roadmap engagements: four 45-minute live sessions, two-week turnaround and two revisions.
Turnaround starts at kickoff once required inputs are received. Sessions are scheduled within the delivery period. Client delays pause the schedule. Each revision is one consolidated feedback round within the agreed scope. Implementation is separately scoped.
Typical engagement windows
Adaptation of established CMA operating systems typically takes 30–90 days. Custom operating systems typically take 90–180 days. Idea-to-product programs generally run 6–9 months, with some extending to 12 months. These are planning windows, not guarantees; evidence, decision speed, engineering, sourcing, and certification affect the schedule.
Product Office
Advisory leadership and execution ownership have separately defined capacity, authority and responsibilities. The monthly fee and scope are agreed at intake. Selected royalty or equity relationships may be considered privately.
Scheduling and invoices
Meetings are by appointment, Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Central. Weekend availability is not included unless specifically agreed. Milestone and monthly invoices are issued against the agreement; later charges are not automatically authorized by an initial payment.
