Using this website
This website presents products, workspaces, engagements, licensing opportunities and collaborations offered by Call Me Anthony LLC. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation.
Offers and acceptance
Published product information is subject to availability, capacity and correction. Application, inquiry and collaboration pages are invitations to discuss fit and are not binding offers. A project begins only after the applicable checkout, written acceptance, proposal or agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the storefront currency unless stated otherwise. Taxes, third-party fees, travel, materials and expenses may be additional when disclosed before purchase or in an agreement.
Intellectual property
The website, CMA methods, Aida materials, templates, designs, text and visual assets remain protected intellectual property unless a written license or agreement states otherwise.
Professional judgment
CMA tools and services support product and business decisions but do not guarantee commercial performance, financing, certification, legal compliance, market demand or investment outcomes. Customers remain responsible for their decisions and professional advisors.
Governing documents
Product-specific licenses, proposals, and signed agreements supplement these website terms and control their respective engagements. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Payment schedules by category
- Intelligence: focused reviews are paid in full after scope confirmation and before work begins. Free pilots have no fee.
- Vision: roadmaps use 50% at agreement and kickoff, and 50% when the agreed roadmap and review are complete, before final handoff.
- Systems: standard installations use 30% at kickoff, 40% after acceptance of the working configuration, and 30% after acceptance testing and training, before final handoff. Custom programs may specify additional stages. Product Office retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Released self-service digital products are paid at checkout.
- Events: 50% at booking and 50% seven calendar days before delivery; bookings inside seven days are paid in full. The quote states materials, venue, travel, and other commitments.
- Intellectual property: Licensing scope, development milestones and commercial terms are discussed during a debrief or first meeting and confirmed in the signed agreement. Royalty, equity and collaboration economics are agreed individually.
The product-specific proposal confirms scope, acceptance, due dates, taxes, expenses, and any variation. No additional charge or equity/royalty commitment is implied by submitting an inquiry.
