Materials, LED technology, suppliers, size and finish remain configurable. All portfolio designs support Wet Light Systems technology as an outdoor development direction; finished-product performance requires validation. Licensing rights and commercial terms are privately agreed.
Not included
Automatic engineering, prototyping, golden-sample support, tooling, certification or production support after design freeze. These services are agreed as needed and billed separately.

The agreed brief defines concepts, design documentation, specifications and responsibilities. The minimum engagement runs through design freeze. Scope freeze approves the brief and deliverables; design freeze approves the agreed design.
